We welcomed our new Wellbeing Ambassadors last week.
They took part in some training delivered by Mrs Holmes from Middlewich High School who works with schools to promote student and staff involvement in Emotionally Healthy Schools in our area.
The students discussed Mental Health issues and worked on an action plan to lead on Wellbeing at Alsager School. Already they want to deliver training on Mental Health issues to our Year 7 students and to our Form Tutors.
They are also working on a whole school challenge to raise awareness of ‘Wellbeing’.
