We have finally made it to the end of term and I would like to thank you all for your support. Despite the fact that we did not escape Covid 19, we are rightfully proud that we have been able to provide a full curriculum for all students this term. There are some key headlines in the news regarding lateral flow tests and the potential for a staggered return to school in January, which may be causing some confusion or alarm. We have as yet not received any official information regarding any of this. For us to be able to implement testing safely in school is no mean feat and we would need to put in place significant measures with external support before we are in any position to conduct any tests. If this is the next step for schools, please be reassured that I will communicate with you all what the process will be. Although we have not had any official information regarding a staggered return to school in January, I will share any relevant updates with you all via our social media and website over the Christmas holidays. This year has brought with it very different challenges and I know that every family has been affected in a variety of ways. Please do get in touch with us if things are changing at home which are causing additional stress. We will always work with our families to support all children.I hope that you are all able to find time over the holidays to relax and recharge your batteries and have everything crossed that 2021 will be a better year.
