- Cornovii Cup – Year 8 – 11 Swimming Gala HOME v Brine Leas (Meet at the Sports Hall Changing rooms at 15:10pm, approx. finish 17:30pm – selected pupils only).
Wednesday 6th December
- Intercollege – Year 9 Boys Football (Meet at the Medwyn Jones Changing rooms at 15:10pm, approx. finish 16:10pm – please speak to your form tutor to take part)
Sporting Round Up (W/B 27th November)
U16s Cheshire Schools Table Tennis Championships at Halton Table Tennis Centre
On Thursday the U16 boys went and participated in a Table Tennis tournament at Halton Table Tennis Centre. In the first round the A team played 3 games, won 2 and lost 1. Then the B team played 2 games, won 1 drew 1. Both teams progressed into the quarter finals to play against Brine Leas. Both teams played well and gave all games their all, unfortunately Brine Leas teams were just too strong, with some players playing for England. Well done to all of our boys who took part, they held their own throughout the day. Brine Leas went on to win the whole tournament.
Sporting Honours
Sporting honours can now be found on our new PEPA (PE and Performing Arts) Spotlights – this will be shared bi-weekly, alongside the weekly sporting round up.
