W/B Monday 18th September
Following on from a successful year last year, we have had some great sporting success over the Summer.
A huge congratulations to two of our pupils; Max in Year 11 and Oscar in Year 8, who have both received trial invitations for Port Vale Football Club Academy. This is a huge success for both of the boys, and we wish Max and Oscar all the best of luck with their trial invites.
Well done to George in Year 11, who has signed for Macclesfield Town Academy.
This week saw the return of our extra-curricular activities. On Tuesday, we had a huge amount of Year 7 boys and girls participate in Football trials. Over 60 pupils participated, which is great to see.
On Wednesday, we saw the return of Intercollege sport with Year 9 and 10 participating in Endball. Pupils were fantastic and showed great sportsmanship throughout the competition, with Moreton prevailing in Year 9 and Dod in Year 10.
