Hello Yellow

Today we have been celebrating Hello Yellow. ‘Hello Yellow’ is a national day where we promote mental health awareness. By wearing yellow, we want to show young people that everyone has a mental health and that they are not alone if ever they are dealing with overwhelming feelings. The SPIRIT team created a lesson for period 1 where all students aged 11-18 were involved in discussing why it is so important to look after your mental health, many students shared what activities made them feel happy and healthy.
