The careers office is located on the ground floor of the Parker Building. We have a range of careers information and materials available as well as prospectuses or if you require specific advice and support, please call in to speak with the team.

We are happy to help with any careers education information, advice and guidance queries you may have and can be contacted term time between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am and 4pm on Friday.

Intro to T-levels

 

As part of Alsager School’s commitment to informing our pupils of the full range of learning and training routes on offer to them, we are happy to consider requests from training, vocational education and apprenticeship providers to speak to students and will also approach these partners ourselves when planning organising key Careers events throughout the school year.

 

CareerMag is a free magazine which provides students with helpful information about careers and qualifications, along with tips on a range of topics such as employability skills and CV writing. It looks at industry sectors in depth, giving students a clear view of all the choices available for early careers:

BAE Apprenticeships are open for applications! They have opportunities available in Engineering, Quality and H&S. You will need to pass their security checks & have at least 5 GCSEs at 9-4 (or equiv) incl. Maths, English & Science or Technical Subject.
