These documents have been provided for your advance notice – kindly wait until your child has been allocated to a Form Tutor and College before completing and returning consent forms.  You will receive printed copies of the relevant documents along with your ParentPay activation code for Alsager School at the New Parents’ Information Evening on 25^th June 2019.  This will then facilitate payment of the £20 deposit required by 30^th June 2019.  Completed consent forms and the remaining balance will be required by 7^th September 2019.
